In my circles and ceremonies- I guide people to step into into their power and authentic expression.
Using a combination of sharing, singing, dancing, breathwork, meditation and other fun ways to move energy and ground- you will learn how to manage your internal world, unlock your confidence, & come into alignment with your purpose.
These gatherings are designed to leave you with a feeling of connection, balance and joy.
Practical Magick is a method that teaches you how to clear old stagnant energy and build energy around what you truly want to manifest in life.

​Bring energy, joy and magic to your event while outsourcing some of your workload to an experienced transformational facilitator. I'm available for retreat opening and closing ceremonies, yoga teacher graduations, cacao ceremonies, kirtans, singing circles, fireside circles and women's circles. I can also tailor make an experience for your particular needs-for example for private parties or birthdays.
Cacao Facilitator Training
Cacao Facilitator Training is a one day training where you will learn the basics of holding a cacao ceremony. You will how to prepare the cacao and receive one recipe which you can learn to vary to suit your tastes. Learn the basics of holding space for a cacao ceremony and get some inspiration on how to create and structure the flow of your ceremony depending on your particular talents or on the needs of your participants.
